Vit battled Goliath and won. It was not a big battle, but a battle none-the-less. Vit, is a resident of Toronto’s bed bug riddled 40 Gonrdonridge Place. His saga with bed bugs has been a subject of Star Columnist, Joe Fioritto a number of times over the last two years. Goliath, is the Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC). The Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) ruled, awarding Vit small compensation for rent, expenses and compensation, and fined the TCHC. Unfortunately, Vit found another bed bug in his unit.
